What is a Car Buying Concierge?
A concierge is a person or service that assists you with your car-buying business. Using their resources, dealership network, and expertise in the sales and leasing process, they handle all the aspects of car buying for clients -- including locating the car, negotiating the best price and terms, and handling the paperwork and delivery. Auto Buying Concierges, Auto Consultants, or Auto Brokers provide concierge services. They are typically former dealership sales or finance employees who know the dealership and finance ins and outs of dealing with buying and selling.
What is Pinkdealer?
Pinkdealer is an independent concierge car-buying service that people hire to handle their car-buying business. Our company is not a brokerage or a dealership. However, our services are delivered by a team of licensed auto brokers and experienced specialists.
Why work with a Concierge Car Buying Service and not directly with a dealer?
Convenience, and the confidence knowing you won't be taken advantage of.
The reality is that dealership sales teams are highly trained to make the most money from every customer -- if they can. Unless you know what you're doing, you could pay much more than what's fair.
By using our service, you can avoid the hassle of traditional car buying and have the peace of mind of knowing your interests are represented and protected.
Do you work with dealers?
Yes! All new cars must be purchased from a factory-authorized licensed dealer. We work with 200+ reputable dealerships who share our mission to transform the buying experience for women. Through our network, we can access exclusive discounts, fleet pricing, and other savings we pass on to our clients.
Will I be buying or leasing my vehicle from you?
No. Your vehicle purchase or lease is between you (the buyer) and a licensed, franchised dealership. All checks or deposits are made to the selling dealership, and all contracts are created and submitted to the lender and DMV by the selling dealership.
Our concierge service is not involved with the actual transaction. We facilitate to save you the hassle of traditional car buying and negotiate to get you the best outcomes in terms of the best price and terms.
Which brands can you help me with?
Our specialists can assist you with all brands, except Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid. We do not handle exotics and ultra-lux cars (Bentleys, McLaren, etc).
Will I save money?
Yes! Maximizing your savings is job #1. Beginning with the price, your trade's value, your interest rate, and preferred add-ons, we'll stack the savings in your favor. Barring the recurrence of the unusual market conditions (like low inventory) triggered by the pandemic that sent car prices through the roof, or an unusually high demand for a certain model, you'll definitely save!
What do you charge?
Our specialists put in a lot of work and effort to find your vehicle and use their expertise to negotiate the pricing and terms. We do charge a $750 service fee per vehicle. This covers all aspects of the service, including locating the vehicle, negotiating pricing, arranging financing, handling your trade, and delivery.
A nonrefundable $500 deposit is due to start the process of locating and negotiating for you. The balance is due when you give the order to purchase, or before submitting your credit application for financing.
Do you offer financing options for people with credit challenges?
Absolutely! We have many options when it comes to financing. The dealerships in our network already work with hundreds of banks and finance companies and can access finance programs that match any and every credit situation.
In addition, we can arrange financing through our direct lender partners that meet your needs and/or overcome your credit challenges, without the dealership markups.
